^ Its financial year as in starts in April and ends 29th of March for your information. The first 4 'bad' months really don't count against their 13M projection, its really only the last two and the time up until that mythic price cut.
I think everyone expects some kind of price cut though, its not like anyones really doubting that (I hope).
