it's still a mystery.....
i know when your soul level hit 100, the gap is wider than +/- 10
but the gap varies based on your soul level, it's definitely not a fix number
i played with a friend the other day, his level was 135 and mine was 120, he couldn't see my blue stone until i bumped my level up
