Finnish women certainly don't weigh 40kg on average (wtf?), but they're most definitely not the second fattest after Americans either (wtfwtf??). I don't remember the specifics, but our percentage of obese people is around half of that in the US, so nowhere near the top, but still far above that of really fit countries.
