The Sony Democracy charter. Megaman2 still claims to be our leader, so he still has power over us.
The most overrated character would be either:
1) Mario. There, I said it. He may be awesome, but come on! He's in everything now, he's getting old! (He's 28)
2) Marcus Fenix. Yawn. No emotions. "Oh no, my best friend just died. I'll kill some more aliens"
3) Sackboy. He's a piece of cloth! Sure, he can dress up all fancy like, but he did not deserve to win Best Character Performance of 2008!
