VGChartz has a great community, no question. In fairness to IGN and Gamespot, those are commercial services run by large-scale companies - they'd have to pay vast amounts of money to hire moderators to keep discussions focused. Youtube is another beast altogether - there's so much media out there, it's hard to see how anyone could keep up.
What I especially appreciate about VGChartz is how it keeps improving and growing, just like any functional community should.
