June 15, 2009 - A recent trademark filing by Sega seems to indicate a new Super Monkey Ball game will be heading to the Nintendo Wii, and it could involve lots and lots of stepping.
Titled Super Monkey Ball Step & Roll, the naming trademark was filed last week by Sega Corp. No other details were revealed, however, the subtitle 'Step & Roll' seems to imply the game will make extensive use of the Wii Balance Board.
Perhaps we'll hear more about this at the Tokyo Game Show this September? Stay tuned.
