I had Double Dribble on my C64. It had two pages of codes printed on dark red paper designed to foil photocopiers. It would prompt you to enter one of the illegible codes every time you load it up to prevent piracy. Decent game, but annoying as hell, so I played more of my pirated copy of Dr. J vs Larry Bird.
Basically, when I think of Double Dribble, I think of my earliest experiences of getting screwed by DRM. :P
