I have. And I can't take it anymore!
The you have this many seconds to win a laptop(or camera or some other thing) add, stretches out the page, and causes half the site to flash black and white. It's by far the worst net glitch I've ever encountered.
I'm on firefox too, but it's happened on explorer as well. If I reload the page five times, it might happen twice.
I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.
