Alright, WiiWare is now back up to speed. I'll be updating DSiWare next, then trying to retackle Virtual Console, before finally moving on to making this whole mess readable.

Which brings me to my next questions: first, what do you guys think of the format? Is it too big? Should I eliminate the shovelware games, and thus make this whole thread more of a "best of" type of thing? Doing this would allow me to do more with each title (including having a pic that's actually see-able...), but it would involve removing at least 4/5 of the titles. On the other hand, that might be a good thing, which is why I'm bringing this question up in the first place. Basically, would you prefer depth or width?

Second, I'm planning on adding "tables" later on that summarize which games are liked, which aren't, how much they cost, how many players they have, etc. Is that a good or bad idea?

Third, does anyone have any idea how to back up forum posts? I'd hate for the VC thing to happen again, especially since I have no idea what caused it.

Thanks in advance everyone, and let me know if you have any other comments or issues: this is just as much your thread as it is mine.

Since no one else has responded to this, I'll throw in my two cents.

I would prefer that you focus on the best titles.  I only have limited time, money, and space (until I get a SD card).  Plus, I already have some idea of what to avoid, and wading through it all to learn about the better stuff is a chore.  It probably also means I'm missing a few hidden gems, and since this is the place to let people know that they exist, it would be easier to just get rid of the crap.

The "tables" sound like a good idea.

Back up?  Hmm...post a duplicate somewhere else?

As for format, the single column looks a little sparse.  BengaBenga recently reformated this post of his, and I think it looks really good.  If you decide to cut the fat, and then add more info to the best games, the two column look may not be necessary though.
