I don't think new Fire Emblem DS is happening, not with Intelligent Systems working with Square-Enix on something like 6 DSi titles.

Lets be honest too ... Dragon Quest Wars will probably far outsell a new Fire Emblem, so Nintendo and Square-Enix are probably just content with that.
