I really don't get how you guys think that ME2 just has to not have technical problems and it'll automatically get better reviews than the first ME. New IP's, especially large budgetted ones usually score better than their sequels because they're new and inventive. Just fixing the issues of ME will probably get it around the same Meta, but it doesn't ensure a higher score by any means.
