I think it could well cross 3 million. Strong legs are strong legs, and I think this title will be carried by them. Also, I think the second week of Others will be larger (although maybe not by much, I dunno), much because first week was only 2 days (as always with Others). Seeing the discrepancy between Week 1 and 2 for Pokémon Platinum, I'm imagining that Punch-Out!! Others sales in Week 2 will surpass Week 1 pretty well. Getting to 30k or so perhaps, if we're really lucky.
