You sound like a Gamecube owner from the last generation. Unfortunately, PS3 owners are going to have to get used to ports that are't optimized for the PS3 hardware. Developers don't like maximizing a systems strengths when it has the smallest usebase. Not only that, MS has development tools specifically opitimized for bringing PC code over to the 360. Any port from the PC to consoles will most likely be easier to bring over to the 360. Basically, PS3 owners are going to take on the buying habits of Gamecube owners from last generation. They are going to want to stick to Sony's first and second party offerings if they want the best that the PS3 can offer. Just like GC owners had to stick to Nintendo titles because third party games were by in large substandard on the Gamecube.
