well, warm air won't kill it, but room temperature is optimal. You have enough potential for air flow though so you should be good, as I thought it was a small space like the one I have.
I can't tell the depth, but it looks like if you really want to cool it down more, you could just move it to the middle shelf where your controllers are (or what look to be controllers) and the hot air could go right out the back. However, if that stand is right up against the wall then it won't make much of a difference compared to where it is now. If you have a good 10cm then that would be more than enough room for the air to escape easily. It is that wall in the back that is trapping the air and bringing it back around to the intakes.
