my guess is

5 =  MGS5

PS3 = PS3

Re = Remake of the first Metal Gear

36 = 3rd of june (6) 2009

now as for the pictures.

that is Obviously Big Boss/Naked Snake the eye patch being on the right and the berret hinting outer heaven
