oh man that's tough! though my list would be:
Pokemon Snap
Donkey Kong 64
Banjo Kazooie
Pokemon Stadium 2 (cant believe its not being mentioned)

Edit: cant believe i forgot SSB!! definately top
My personal favorite is not a fan favorite, but DK 64 was amazing, i rly got attached to the game, and i dont care if u say it was too long, it was definately worth every second! Zelda Pokemon(both) and SSB were amazing! damn i miss my N64
