There are new characters and a new scenario. So I'd say it's worth it, but only when the price drops which probably won't take too long.

I think I might get this if it's cheaper (like $20 or something)...however, I will buy Sakura Wars at full price :P

Well, Eternal Sonata on PS3 had many more changes than that and I didn't buy before it fell below $30. So, it'll have to be dirt cheap in order for me to consider it.
