Well, Infinity Ward just don't want to code for a Wii version. I'm guessing a lot of the art assets can be shared between the PC/360/PS3, but can't with the Wii due to power restrictions. It's not just about the graphics, the power restrictions do hinder the intensity of the battles on the Wii for multiple reasons (number of units, physics, graphics etc.). When I play the Wii CoD games they do tend to feel more like CoD1.5 then the latest CoD.
I am a bit suprised they've not got another group working on a port though. I still think the best CoD experience is on the PC, you get good controls with the least power limitations.
