Great online games on the DS with Voice Chat?

You can voice chat in Metroid Prime Hunters after a multiplayer match. But you can only do that if you're playing against registered friends.
Advance Wars: Days of Ruin also supports voice chat, but, again, only with friends. I'm not sure if the voice chat is ingame.
