I was wondering if there are any online DS games with Voice chat that support more than 2 players. Just something for me and my friends play and have a good time.
You can voice chat in Metroid Prime Hunters after a multiplayer match. But you can only do that if you're playing against registered friends.
Advance Wars: Days of Ruin also supports voice chat, but, again, only with friends. I'm not sure if the voice chat is ingame.
Pokemon games but its only for you and 1 friend.

With Advance Wars, can you play with 3 people you've exchanged friend codes with at once?

No, it supports only two players.
