Wait until E3. They may reveal something, they may not. If nothing, go ahead and buy a PSP, then cringe when they announce the PSP2 at TGS 
Nah, just kidding. They have a lot of PSP titles scheduled for 2009-2010, both 1st and 3rd party, so I wouldn't expect the PSP2 until around 2011 (at the earliest)
