Oh come on people. you can't honestly expect Nintendo to not fight an unlicensed device that plays unlimited free games on their handheld... That's like complaining that your local movie theatre fixed the lock on the back door you use to sneak in.
Can it be used for other stuff than piracy? Sure. Do all the people playing their pirated games on it know or care about it's other uses? No.
What really surprises me is just how rampant those little cards are.
