Was talking to a friend of mine who worked in a general practice. She had seen a patient admitted to emergency who had inserted a skink in his penis. Apparently he liked the wriggling, but then couldn't get it to come out.
So to answer your question, yes, i think it's real but like highwaystar i doubt that it was accidental.
