FIFA 08, which released with the others, sold 1m units. This shows that soccer (football or whatever you want to call it) can be sold on the Wii, and if you can't make a profit with 1m units sold, then something is wrong.
EA then proceeded to kill FIFA in 09 with the All-play label, and it only managed 0.64m sales which is still respectable and capable of pulling in a profit.
Why Konami refuses to put real effort on the Wii is beyond me, but EA will reap the profits.
