I don't even care what NIntendo shows at E3 anymore.
3rd parties are owning me!

Ditto.  3rd parties have stepped up this past year and I hope to see more.

THIS and THIS!

I really cant wait to see what improments they have done with their engine and new games.

I am wondering what Nintendo is going to do considering what happened last year..

To be honest, you really just need to consider what little we know about the next couple of months to see that Wii gamers should be happy for quite a while.

  • ExciteBots just came out.  Nothing special, nice game.  Also not long ago we got Madworld.

    Next couple of months:
  • Punch-Out!! (Next week!)
  • Red Steel 2
  • Wii Sports Resort
  • The Conduit
  • Sin and Punishment 2
  • Motion+ Sports games from EA and Ubisoft, among others
  • Monster Hunter (most likely)
  • Dead Space: Extraction
  • Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles and the Archives games
  • Many more multiplatform titles than the Wii had last year and the begiinning of this year

Looking beyond that timeframe, we've got:

  • More unannounced exclusives from High Voltage
  • EA has 50% of their teams dedicated to Wii games
  • Ubisoft has been promising 'Nintendo-like quality'

I'm too tired to think of more (it's 2:45 in the morning where I am), but wow, that list punched me in the gut when I thought about it earlier today.  We're still WEEKS away from E3, and Nintendo's hyping up 'secret games' to press websites, putting cryptic ads in magazines, and telling us how awesome this year's show will be.

Really, it's safe to say that Wii won't be experiencing any more software droughts for a while

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?
