 Staying focused on Sony is the Worst thing they could do. Nintendo is selling 25 million -30 million a year and Sony is selling 10 million -11 million a year. Nintendo is going into super Nova and Sony is crashing and burning. The silly graphics war with Sony is only gonna cost Microsoft Millions. Making for shooters and hardcore games isnt gonna push hardware any more.

No, ignoring SONY is a BIG mistake... as a fight against Nintendo would be futile.

I think Microsoft is thinking that there gonna keep selling Halo and Fable games, but also put out a larger more direct war against Nintendo. Microsoft always always always attacks the biggest dogs. Almost never the second or third biggest. ex. Apple, Google, Playstation (till now), now its surely Nintendo. Microsoft makes $15 billion a year, why go after the third place dude?
