LM in a day wow that is a dedicated player. It took me like 3-4 days at least. I think it is about a 6-10 hour game at least. You are one dedicated LM player!

Is that it?

I mean I really liked Deadly Creatures.... but in retrospect I would not have paid as much as I did for it given you can finish it in 7-8 hours.... A single player game should not take less than 10 hours anymore.

It's like the first RE game. You can easily plow through it in a matter of a few hours, in this case 6-8 I'd say. I've replayed the games countless times however, and the music, atmosphere, enemies, and gameplay are ****ing amazing. I can't believe you haven't played this game yet!

It's almost as bad as Twesterm not playing Paper Mario: TTYD. At least he recently fixed his problem. :P

EDIT: By the way, LM has amazing replay value. There are so many things you can challange yourself to do! There's Hard mode (which actually changes things a bit), you can try to collect all of the gold ghost pictures (by kicking the ghosts' butts) and you can try to find all of the secret cash and gems hidden in the game so when you beat it you get a better ranking and a kickass mansion!

I am talking first playthrough here. REmake took me about 15-20 hours to do the first time.... I don't mind if games are possible in under 3 hours... as long as an average gamer takes a good 10 hours at least to go through on the first go.

I also have not played a paper mario game... nor Pokemon, nor Advance Wars (unless you count BWii) In fact you can discount all Nintendo games exclusive to handhelds as I have never owned one of them either.
I have never played a smash bros game, nor Fire Emblem. I hadn't owned a Mario Platformer until I downloded SM64 in summer 2007 (I had spent 5-10 minutes on some 2D ones, but I couldn't tell you which they were other than it beingon the SNES (so... SMWorld?), I didn't play a Metroid until Autumn of last year when I bought Corruption. Never played Mario Party, never played a Mario Sports title (MKart not counted).
Never played Animal Crossing, nor owned a Donkey Kong game (played a SNES one for 10 minutes or so though) never played Pikmin, and regretted my purchase of Lylat Wars on the Virtual Console. And never played a Kirby game.

And no, I have not played LM either.

I also don't see much of that as a problem and if you do I invite you to be thrashed at Mario Kart Wii... except it seems you don't have the game... shame on you

My god, what games did you used to play? I took for granted that you would be an avid Nintendo gamer, I almost had a migrane after reading through your huge paragraph of depression. :P

I was only kidding around, it's not that big of a deal. I do think it's a great game though. I've played it so many times that I don't remember how long it is on the first playthrough.. but it should easily last over 10 hours.

Anyways, why do you think I don't own Mario Kart Wii? If you're going by my profile, I don't own ANY games. :P

I do in fact have Mario Kart Wii, and I love the game. My friends don't like it though, so I rarely play it. =\
