Too many first/second party PS3 titles for holiday season a bad idea?

With Modern Warfare 2 and Assassin's Creed 2 jammed in there, as well as Sony's offerings on PSP, it just means I can't get any of the promised Xbox exclusives when they launch (though I will buy project Dimitri)
