I trust VGC to be in the ballpark, although not accurate. What I mean by that is I pretty much know they are going to be close enough where the difference in reality is not too much to gripe about. Meaning they are well calculated and formulated numbers that are not mere guesses and estimates of reality. However, I do see other tracking agencies such as GFK, NPD, and Media Create as better sources for numbers HOWEVER NOT THE LAW. They, like VGC, I expect to put me in the ballpark, not completely accurate. I think for some things we track better and others they track better but by compiling and adapting to all numbers we are put so close in the ballpark that we are almost completely accurate.
I hope we do continue to expand our sources and possibly take this further. Basically, Brett, ya got something that can be something big. Capitalize on it. You are the one that has NPD scared at your potential. Take advantage of it and you can have them so much more than scared haha. Ways I can see improvement is to continue to gather more sources and numbers and hire some more people to help you out.
