Bolded would be the difficult ones, I think. Particularly getting 1001 light seeds, all of the running and views and every combo in less than 12 hours.

Can I do it in one playthrough?

I just looked through BioShock again...Survivor with no Vita-Chambers. Never getting that.

Resistance 2 would be painful.

LBP would be really hard.

I guess PoP is the easiest.
