What games were you hyped about until you found out they actually suck.

For me I've never gotten into the hype train for anything, I look forward to a few games but I'm not singing praises more of speaking the truth or talking about some good features of a game, now for something I was looking forward to recently was Killzone 2 and just checked out tonight Excitebots.

Killzone 2 - Solid FPS, story wise it's awful but I like a good story in my FPS or at least decent, multiplayer was a bit better but I just generally got bored and went back to call of duty, the game I was hoping to get away from.

Excitebots - so far it's also solid but what I was expecting was a few cool features and basically an online version of excitetruck which I love. What I got was a bit too much physical work for a racing game, moving the controller in a circular motion gets tiring and all the things you have to do to get stars it's just a bit frantic for my taste. Hoping it gets better and once I get used to things I wont be so let down but right now that's where I stand.

Positive note, game I wasn't looking forward to but got excited when I started playing it and enjoyed it a lot, Chronicles of Riddick! It's really awesome.
