For Cinnamon (I like your taste, by the by 
) you can try stargazing (which often provides other bonuses as well) and giving her magic crystals (get them from the fireballs in the Lava Dungeon).
For raising your crafting skills, I either take a bunch of yarn balls and make knit scarves or, even better, I keep killing the chicken boss and making stylish hats. Keep doing these and your skill will slowly but surely rise.
