I remember when the first teaser for this came out. It was graphically nice, but the scares were pretty predictable (Don't reach under the bed! Oh, you reached under the bed! Now there's an arm grabbing you! I told you to not reach under the bed! Etc. 
)
But that door scene at the beginning really surprised me (And spooked me... a little). This is definitely turning out nicely on that front, now let's see some more gameplay elements.
