You maybe just contradicted yourself...
You said "It ends the day all the new consoles for the next gen are released."
Then after that you said..."but it does not count as "winning" the generation since that has long ended."
Wouldnt that mean, that if PS3 is still SONYs only console on the market, the gen is still going, and PS3 would have infact won?
