Those three are interesting...but I think that Ganon having the Triforce of Power is the most correct answer.
I mean, think about it:
Ganon, having the Triforce of Power, ends up wanting more and more power, despite having immense power to begin with.
Zelda, having the Triforce of Wisdom, has immense amounts of wisdom. Just look at TP, when she self-sacrificed herself for the success of the adventure.
And finally Link, who has the Triforce of Courage. Just look at his adventures! Who else has the balls to face Ganon and his pure power and awesomeness? That takes courage, and Link gots it.
That is just theory though....
