well, of course watching videos won't help. This is a purely skill based section of the game. If you suck at platforming there is no way around it and you will be stuck forever.
The only tip worth mentioning is that on the sections you can grab if you feel you are falling behind just hold on until you are on your way down on the other side and then keep going.
