NES: The Legend of Zelda (I've become quite partial to this game after giving it a chance over the past few weeks. Really fun adventuring.)
SNES: Super Mario World
N64: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
GCN: Metroid Prime
Interestingly enough, SMW, OoT, and MP were all my first entries into those respective franchises.
