Serious thread, what is happeneing to the Wii?

That's a very interesting stance, considering YoY sales are up.

 

there up Jan-april of 08 vs jan-april 09 yes ur wright but wat about jan-july 08 vs jan-july 09 if this trend contuines it will be down from last year there only up from last year b/c the wii came off of a strong holiday season and had better jan 09 sales compared to jan 08 sales months after have been all down from last year

So if a trend which hasn't yet or may never manifest continues into next year, Wii sales will be down YOY...........ok sure.

Just look to the software, Nintendo's second quarter was nuts last year due to a couple of games that need no introduction.  Look for that quarter to be the third quarter this year.  So even IF, Nintendo is down YOY for the second quarter i am almost certain that it will be up YOY in the third.
