I don't think that comment is something that's bad enough to result in a warning or ban (perhaps I'm nice or much more likely drunk), but there are some things that are just wrong.

That statement is one of them.

Launch 360's were terrible and anyone that says otherwise is probably deluded fanboy, but anyone that says the new 360's are just as bad as the launch 360's are just ignorant. 

Yes, new 360's break, but any electronic can break.  I don't care if you have a friend of a friend siters brothers roomates nephews uncle knows someone who had a new 360 elite break, the RRoD problem isn't a huge deal in the new 360 models.

Now please, don't go around making comments like that again and consider this just kind of a verbal warning.  Keep making comments like that and next time I will not be nice.
