The controls may be 1:1 (is it actually confirmed beyond PR fluff?) but just be glad that the golf balls won't be reacting too realistically to your swing. :P It'd be hell if they did. I'm really good at golf and I'd still hate it, if only because swinging with the wii remote is way different than with a real club.

I was thinking of just using some duct tape to attach my remote to my golf clubs. :P

 

Gamerace, there's no way in hell the ball reacts 100% accurately and consistently to the way you hit it. People spend thousands of dollars and take hundreds of lessons to get good at golf, and most still don't end up very good. This game would be no fun if it really was that accurate, because you'd have to be really good in order to actually be decent at this game. Also, playing on professionally used courses? Rofl, even some of us good golfers would be crying while playing this game.
