I really think these articles are causing a real problem.
When so many sources claim the same thing, devs/publishers go along with it, and the industry consensus as a whole thinks the Wii is just a port/mini-game machine..
I don't know if you guys have heard, but this past week, Nintendo's stock dropped several points, and I think their trade dollars or something went from $40 to $31.30. We may not think that these ridiculous articles hold merit, but with such a large presence, they do hold weight.
The funny thing is, these journalists criticizing how the Wii doesn't get good games are a large part of the reason it will continue on not getting any.
