I never really "worked out" much in my life, but I can play any Wii game all I want and I never get any injuries. I used to spend about 90% of my time playing all sorts of different sports competitively as a kid, so that might be why my body can handle it better.....

As sad as it might be to hear of people getting injuries over such little things (lack of exercise, much?) it's nice that they are getting into it and now starting to exercise more.
