...in which case he's not even directly affiliated with Nintendo and REALLY doesn't matter. Which proves my point, but makes it less fun.
However, unless he's the boss at that company, he still doesn't really have a say and will still have to work on the game if his studio is hired by Nintendo for it.
Point is, he's a nobody and it really, really doesn't matter what he says, so I'm not sure why such a big fuss came out of it. =p
