QFT = Quoted for truth.
Its meaning is context based.
-If they seem to agree it means they are repeating the quote because its true.
-Some times its used to prevent people from editing their post and is meant more as "Quoted for truthfulness" sort of thing.
I think there are a few more but those are the two major meanings.
