It was one fo the best looking PS1 games. You can also see Retro Helix 2 for the absolute best one.

Sure it was more powerful. Thrice, actually. But this power wasn't used to its full because of some limitations.

Yeah, but the N64 games looked much better.  That was my point.

My point is that graphics are not at the top of most console buyers lists, then or now, are they?

Well it does play some importance but I don't recall the most powerful console ever winning a console war.

SNES

I consider the Jaguar, 3DO, and CD-i to be apart of that generation.

I don't.  You need to sell "some" systems to be included.  Just some.  Not many.

I suppose you think that the Jaguar had 64 bit graphics too.

Well a shit load of money was lost releasing them and they were actually supposed to compete. Just because they did shitty doesn't mean they didn't exist.

What's 3DO and CD-i?  I've never heard of them.

Okay.  I'll include the Jaguar because I make fun of it and do acknowledge it.  Jaguar was the most powerful.  You're right.

The 3DO was released in 1993. The 3DO was the most technologically advanced machine during 1993-1995. It was maybe the only system to have been made by more than 1 company.  Panasonic, Sanyo, & Goldstar were manufacturing the 3DO's, with the 3DO company giving them the rights to do it, however, the 3 manufacturers must pay a small royalty fee for each 3DO system manufactured & sold. Due to the use of CD roms & it's high specs, both a novelty during the time, there was a healthy amount of PC ports such as Myst & Star Control 2. Most of these ports arn't possible on the SNES or Genesis. However, the 3DO only lasted during 1993-1995 before having to retire from the console wars. It was also the 1st console to have the 1st Need for Speed game.

The CD-I was pretty much a system with 2 bad zelda games & 1 bad Mario game. Not much else to say though.

I LIKE REDMOON ONLINE. IT'S TEH MOST AWESOMEST MMORPG.
