So is GTA Chinatown Wars a bomb (89k NPD number)?

Considering it's the biggest third-party hardcore franchise debuting on a system with a 100+ million installed base I'd say it's a bomb.  An Xbox Live GTA addon completely obliterated the game in sales and many people seem to consider that a flop, that says a lot.
