DQX and IX will be closer from each other because one is for the handhelds and the other for consoles.
But with that apart, I think that whenever KH3 gets announced, which is a no brainer, will happen at a Japanese event, not a US event. I'd say HD multiplat or Wii exclusive, no PS3 exclusive, never gonna happen, the userbase is the smallest in every region.
