In South Asia and I believe Middle East, English is the main language for Video Games... this also applies to South East Asia I think.
I can not speak on China's behave but I assume Hong Kong has English Video Games.
Russia and Korea actually have games in Russian and Korean.
The only nations left are Middle Asian countries... which I will safetly assume is similar to South Asia, Middle Eeast and South East.
