wow xbox is only selling as good as the ps3!

PS3 is far better, even half the price cant help the 360 much. Sony needs to do a 100 price cut and kill, then its just PS3 and wii.

 

Just to give you an example of PS3,s problems.

Earlier on this evening I am in my Local Tesco.

360 60 gig with QOS 239 Euro.

PS3 with LBP 80 gig 399.

In the time I was there 2 360,s were bought no PS3,s were bought.

You just cant compete with those prices really.

Yet somehow the PS3 only sold 6k less than the 360 at twice the price.  I thought MS dropped the 360's price to compete with the Wii.  That plan isn't working either.

 

 

And I thought SONY released the PS3 to crush the competition and make a profit. Looks like that plan isn't working.

They didn't give up on profitability, which is why the PS3 is so expensive. Marketshare is less important to them now, so no, that's not so much a part of their current plan.
