Actually, after adjustments, they were even closer (3k) last week :)

And YoY will keep painting a different picture until September, when we reach the 1 year anniversary of the 360's price cut. I'll find them more significative after that date, because they will compare consoles at the same price as the year before (unless Sony cuts first, but I don't see why they should).

Up to that date, YoY just tells you that people likes to buy the same console for less money :)

its funny though... compare 360 08 year to ps3's 09. seriously people like to point out that ps3 is doing bad but it isnt even as bad as 360 last year. and compare 360s 09 to ps3s 08. 360 isnt even doing as good as the ps3
